My apps didn't lock

Open Lamp Lock and check that “Lock my apps” is on in Settings and that Screen Time access is allowed (iPhone Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time Access). Then check you have picked at least one app.

The lock screen didn't open Lamp Lock

On iOS versions before 26.5 the lock screen sends a notification to tap instead. Turn on notifications for Lamp Lock, or open Lamp Lock from your Home Screen.

I need an app right now

On the unlock screen, tap “Emergency unlock” (three a day). In strict mode there are no emergency unlocks, by design.

How do I turn off strict mode?

Settings › Strict mode, then turn it off. It ends after the cool-down you chose (1, 8 or 24 hours).

Cancel a subscription

iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Lamp Lock.

Delete my Circles data

In Lamp Lock: Settings › Circles › Delete my Circles data.
